Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Membership Fees

Annual membership and re-registration fees are non-refundable once processed. This includes:

• Initial registration fees
• Annual re-registration fees
• Membership category upgrade fees

Event registration fees may be refunded according to the following schedule:

3. CPD Programs

CPD program fees are refundable up to 7 days before the program start date. Cancellations made within 7 days of the program are non-refundable but may be transferred to another participant.

4. Event Cancellation by ZIA

If ZIA cancels an event or program, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future event.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. Bank transfer refunds may take an additional 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.

To request a refund, please contact us with:

• Your full name and membership number
• Transaction reference number
• Reason for refund request
• Proof of payment
